The Galician Wood and Design Cluster is redefining its future with CIMA, a Strategic Plan that aims to transform the Galician woodworking sector.

CIMA, Collaboration, Innovation, Sustainability, and a clear commitment to the Contract channel, represents an ambitious change of direction to address the challenges facing the woodworking sector.

After almost 25 years of evolution, CIMA is presented as a transformative process that redefines its relationship with the woodworking ecosystem in Galicia, passing an exhaustive assessment by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, which has led the Cluster to revalidate its recognition as an Innovative Business Group, a Registry of which it has been a member since 2008.

The Cluster presents itself with a new Mission, Vision, Values, Value Proposition, and Principles of Action, which will allow us to embark on a period of growth, with new objectives, initiatives, and projects that will position the CMD as a national benchmark in the woodworking sector.

MISSION

We promote new ways to add value to the Galician wood ecosystem, identifying common goals and opportunities to orchestrate collaboration on innovative initiatives.
The Cluster is the meeting point for the Galician wood ecosystem. We promote communication among industry players to identify common opportunities and goals, orchestrate collaborative initiatives and projects, and catalyze innovative solutions that generate value for our members and our community.

VISION

To position the Cluster as a national benchmark in the wood sector, recognized for promoting collaboration and innovation in management, processes, and design. The Cluster seeks to excel by generating high value, competitiveness, and differentiation throughout the value chain, as well as being well-positioned in international collaboration networks.
