This program aims to adapt the professional skills of the managers and operators of companies in the wood sector that are part of the Cluster.

For this, the Cluster offers the training it detects is necessary, which may be transversal or for a specific link in the chain.

The second level consists of classical management training, through professional teachers from the field of reference Business Schools. The contents of each training pill are designed based on the needs conveyed to us by the interested Cluster companies.

In addition, the Cluster plans to initiate an action to facilitate the incorporation of professionals from the wood sector to companies associated with the CMD, through an employment exchange.

Likewise, work is being done with the Construction Labor Foundation, the Santiago de Compostela Consortium and the CIS-Madeira to promote training itineraries for workers in the wood sector.
