For years, we have known that investing in design, understood as a global process, not just as product design, provides competitive advantages that allow us to differentiate ourselves from the competition.
Price differentiation is a short-term strategy in which we know the result in advance.
From the Cluster, we help companies to identify new market niches, compatible with their capacities, and through the design start a catalog generation process that allows them to enter and position themselves.
For this, we articulated a Design commission from the Cluster that promotes and encourages companies to orient themselves with this new approach.
The objective is to develop a design promotion plan for the development of new products that allow the company to enter new market niches.
