The CMD is made up of the following bodies:

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

It is the sovereign body of the Association and is made up of all the associate members. This body is responsible for approving the accounts, the annual report, as well as the appointment of the Board of Directors.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

It is made up of 10 members and Management, who are empowered to agree and represent the CMD in all specific acts that constitute the corporate purpose of said Professional Association.

THE PRESIDENCY

In order to represent the CMD in any act or contract, prior to the corresponding agreement of the Board of Directors.
